Site Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site EverSource employees
  • Interact with clients to ensure all service levels are met
  • Prioritize work and manage staff levels
  • Lead by example
  • Develop procedures to improve the operation and inform leadership
  • Maintain positive attitude in busy environments
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Prove flexible when faced with deadlines and challenges
  • Adhere to procedures and guidelines
  • Participate in on-going training programs and cross-training
  • Ensure compliance of staff to training programs and cross-training efforts
  • Capturing and maintaining logs of volumes and activities; creating monthly management report
  • Ensure a safe working environment
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma;  College is a plus
  • Proven customer service related experience
  • Willingness to embrace continuous training and educational programs
  • Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively work both individually and in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and national criminal background check

Job Type: Full Time

Career Level: Management

Experience: One to four years of management or supervisory experience

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Complete copy projects correctly and on-time
  • Stock supplies as needed
  • Assist in maintaining copier, fax and binding equipment
  • Adhere to procedures and guidelines
  • Participate in on-going training programs and cross-training
  • Assist in capturing and maintaining logs of volumes and activities
  • Ensure a safe working environment
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Proven customer service related experience
  • Willingness to embrace continuous training and educational programs
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively work both individually and in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
