Responsibilities:

  • Screen perspective employees
    • Create offer letters
    • Set up drug screen, background test and assessment test
  • Onboard new hires
    • Set up and manage employees in company systems
    • Complete new hire paperwork
    • Pull necessary reporting for operations
    • Establish email addresses
    • Manage employee programs
  • Orient new hires
    • Review EverSource orientation with new employees
    • Distribute EverSource welcome products
    • Set up employee training
    • Complete follow-up audit process after week one
  • Manage Senior Associate Schedule
    • Manage employee coverage
    • Capture PTO requests
    • Follow Sr. Associate scheduling procedures
    • Process Sr. Associate payroll
  • Audit EverSource sites
    • Audit onsite procedures manual
    • Audit processes and bring suggestions for site improvements
    • Respond to employee inquiries by directing them to the appropriate channels for assistance
  • Assist EverSource Operations team
    • Assist with recruiting efforts
      • Schedule interviews
    • Assist operations with end-of-month processing
    • Attend monthly client meetings as requested


Potential Future Tasks:

  • Assist EverSource sales team
  • Assist with proposal generation
  • Assist with RFP developmemt


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; College is a plus
  • Willingness to embrace continuous training and educational programs
  • Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively work both individually and in a team environment
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and national criminal background check

  • Interact with clients to ensure all service levels are met
  • Prioritize work and manage staff levels

  • Prove flexible when faced with deadlines and challenges
  • Adhere to procedures and guidelines
  • Participate in on-going training programs and cross-training
  • Ensure compliance of staff to training programs and cross-training efforts
  • Capturing and maintaining logs of volumes and activities; creating monthly management report
  • Ensure a safe working environment

Responsibilities:

  • Manage positive attitude in busy environments
  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Manage a regularly changing schedule between various client locations
  • Ability to travel between client locations on short notice
  • Exceptional time management
  • Take initiative to identify office projects and needs
